Billing Options

We offer several types of support agreements (billing option) each is tailored to your business and network needs.  If project work is needed, we will meet with you to determine what is needed for an estimate.

 

  • Ticket/Hourly Based Agreement - In ticket based agreements,  hours are billed for the actual time spent on resolving the network issue described in our ticketing system.
  • Project Base - Billing in based on a per Project basis.
  • Monthly Agreement - Monthly agreements are based on a pre-determined amount of hours for use in one calendar month or 30 days from the date of the executed contract.
  • Annual Agreement - Annual agreements are based on a pre-determined amount of hours for one year from the date of the executed agreement.  Included in this are routine maintenance items, which you are notified of in advance.  Additionally, you can draw off your bank as needed for configuration, installations, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, consulting services, or project management.
