Our registration process is quick and simple. In less than 10 minutes you will have full access to our Support Center and be able to log network issues with our Engineering Team.

How This Works:

  • Complete the Registration process:

Page 1 -> This page, Page 2 -> Plan Selection, Page 3 ->Terms of Agreement and basic client Information - That is it, you are ready to get support from our CCIE Team.

  • Upon completion of the registration process an activation link will be e-mailed to you. Please log-in to your mailbox (the one provided in the registration process) and click on the Link to verify your account.
  • You will then be redirected to our Support Center and you may log in immediately to begin the ticket process.

 

What is our ticket system and how we handle tickets:

  • When a Network need arises, you simply log into the Support Center with the provided username and password. all network issues are logged into the system as "Tickets" and issues a ticket number. Any time a ticket is created, an Engineer is notified and will be in contact with you with in the SLA time frame per selected plan.
  • All correspondence and work performed on a particular ticket is logged and viewable online through the support center so you may easily track the progress of the ticket.
  • For your convenience, tickets may be opened online, over the phone or via e mail.

Please note there will be one issue per ticket, except Project-based contracts.
